Hi, I’m Zoe, a 3rd year history student! I’m ExVac President this year and am so excited to oversee the charity and work with the amazing ExVac team. ExVac has been a highlight of my time at university!

Hi! I’m Ginny, a 3rd-year studying English! As Chairperson, my primary role is to liaise with alumni and donors through our newsletters and the organisation of our AGM. I also collaborate with other college charities across the university and support our President with whatever is needed to help the charity run smoothly!

Hi! I’m Aaminah and this year’s treasurer which means I’ll be in charge of fundraising and budgeting!

Hi I'm Maria, and as VP Social Services I'm responsible for selecting the children and am the point of contact for the social workers/school link workers as well as the parents/carers of the kids coming on the holiday.

Hi, I’m Rosa! I’m Holiday Organiser this year, so I be making sure everything runs smoothly during the holiday, alongside Milly! This means making sure everything is booked before leading one of the holidays alongside a VP. I can’t wait to help run a holiday - last year was super rewarding and I imagine many more memories will be made.

Hi, I’m Milly! As a Holiday Organiser, I’m responsible for planning the holiday itself alongside another HO, including organising transport, activities and catering, as well as running the holiday with a VP - all of which I’m really looking forward to!

Hey I’m Abi and I’m this year’s secretary! I’m responsible for making sure all of Exvac’s admin runs smoothly.

Hello there! I’m Dominic and I am one of ExVac’s external fundraisers. It’s my job to look outside of Exeter College for potential funds to fuel our cause! One of my big projects for the year is to look into negotiating with umbrella charities for possible patronage.

Hi, I’m Roy! As external fundraiser, I work with Dom to raise money from various sources. This could involve anything from applying to grants to sending letters to people around Oxford.

Hi! I'm Vik, a second-year physics student and I'm one of Exvac's two internal fundraisers alongside Shaun! As an internal fundraiser, I'II be facilitating and organising exciting events in and around college.

Hi, I'm Shaun, a second-year medicine student and one of ExVac's internal fundraisers! From auctions to quizzes, we hope to have events for everyone to enjoy!

Hi! I’m Rishi, a second year studying PPE. I’m responsible for all the publicity for ExVac. This involves running the social media, helping maintain the website and sending out newsletters! It’s my job to put the word out about ExVac to both students and the general public, to encourage volunteers and donations.
